Returns, Withdrawal
& Refund Policy
When and how refunds apply, clearly distinguishing physical goods, digital content, professional services, business contracts and consumer transactions.

There is no universal right to a 14-day return under Romanian/EU law — consumer withdrawal applies only to consumers in distance contracts and is subject to important exceptions. This policy sets out what actually applies.
1. Professional services (B2B)
Services delivered to business customers (Managed IT, Infrastructure, Assurance, Automation & AI, and audits) are provided under a written contract. Refunds are governed by that contract and the Cancellation Policy. Work performed is generally not refundable beyond the contract terms.
2. Consumer withdrawal (distance contracts)
If you are a consumer and you concluded a distance contract, you may in principle withdraw within 14 calendar days (OUG 34/2014). The right does not apply where: (a) the supply of a service has begun with your express consent and was fully performed within the withdrawal period; (b) the supply of digital content began with your express consent and you acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right; or (c) other statutory exceptions apply.
3. Physical goods
NXDC does not currently operate the website as a retail hardware e-commerce store and does not sell physical goods with courier delivery. If physical products are offered in future under a defined commercial flow, a separate goods return policy will be published.
4. Refunds and timing
Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method, without undue delay and where possible within 14 days of the request, consistent with applicable law. Specific timeframes may be defined in the contract; no universal deadline beyond the legal minimum is asserted.
