& Dispute Resolution

Alternative dispute resolution and consumer-protection information.

Last updated: 2026-08-12

NXDC is B2B-first. Consumer-protection and alternative-dispute-resolution information is provided for completeness and applies fully if and when NXDC concludes distance contracts with consumers, in which case mandatory consumer-protection rules apply. Consumer-specific rights do not automatically apply to ordinary B2B contracts.

1. Alternative dispute resolution (SAL) for consumers

Consumers in the EU who have a dispute with a trader may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR). In Romania, ADR bodies for consumers are coordinated under the national SAL framework; the ANPC provides current information at anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/ (access date: 2026-08-12).

2. Former EU ODR platform — discontinued

The former European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is discontinued. Under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, complaint submissions ended on 20 March 2025, and the ANPC has removed prior references to the SOL platform in its 2026 update. It is no longer an active consumer remedy, and we do not present it as one. Consumers should use the current national mechanisms described here (ANPC and SAL).

3. ANPC

The Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) provides consumer information and complaints channels: https://anpc.ro (access date: 2026-08-12).

4. Direct contact for disputes

Please contact NXDC first: office@nxdc.ro, +40 753 016 091, NXDC SRL, Str. Al. Macedon 50/2, Dumbrăvița, Timiș, România.

5. Business customers

Business customers are not consumers for the purposes of EU consumer-protection law; commercial disputes are governed by the applicable contract and Romanian law, as set out in the Terms & Conditions. SAL is not applicable to ordinary B2B disputes.
