Service & Order
Delivery Policy
How NXDC delivers and activates its professional, technology and assurance services.
Last updated: 2026-08-12
NXDC is a technology operations and assurance provider. Its services are delivered as professional services, remote/delivered engagements and digital deliverables — not, in general, as courier-shipped physical goods.
NXDC does not currently operate the website as a retail hardware e-commerce store; this policy does not assume courier logistics. Physical-goods shipping/stock/courier rules are published only if physical products are offered under a defined commercial flow.
1. What we deliver
- Professional services — delivered over defined onboarding and service periods under the applicable contract.
- Audit & assurance — the NXDC Digital Continuity Audit is a professional service; typical deliverables include the assessment, evidence review, executive report, technical report, prioritized findings, a remediation roadmap, and a review/presentation session where included. Primary deliverables may be electronic/PDF. Exact scope and deadlines are defined in the applicable proposal/order/contract.
- Digital deliverables — delivered electronically through a secure channel agreed with the customer.
- Remote service delivery — most services are delivered remotely; onsite work is delivered on a scheduled basis where agreed.
2. Activation and delivery rules
Delivery/activation begins after order acceptance in writing and any agreed payment/invoicing arrangement. Some services depend on client information, access or cooperation; timings are measured from the point where these are available.
3. International delivery
NXDC may provide services internationally; jurisdiction, currency, tax, delivery and commercial terms are defined in the applicable proposal/contract and mandatory law. We do not assert a universal international-sales policy.
